"Let me tell you a quick story about the 3rd time I was 277lbs as an educated, licensed, and employed health and wellness professional".



At the time I was trying to be a rockstar in my profession as a health and wellness professional; while trying to be SuperDad for my children, and a loving and caring husband. I was struggling with fitting health the way I taught it to my clients into my own busy life. And I was starting to feel like a phony!



Then the bottom fell out from under me when I was diagnosed with H. Pylori in 2020. I stood on a scale at the doctor's office and I weighed the same as when I started my healthier journey 14 years ago.


Which meant I couldn't be an example to anyone; not my clients and definitely not my family; I was utterly embarrassed!


As you can imagine, I was in one of the 3 worse shapes of my life AGAIN! and feeling like an imposter in my profession, but I wasn't ready to give up on my dream of helping the people I cared about the most live the healthier life I believe we all deserve.

Then I rediscovered the simple method I used to lose 60lbs back in 2008; a year after gaining 100lbs due to undiagnosed PTSD and alcoholism after being honorably discharged from the Marine Corps


At that point, everything changed!


I finally figured out how to:


  • Create and follow nutrition and fitness plans that didn't make me feel like a slave to my own goal
  • Combine my education and expertise with real-world solutions that were required to stay consistent.
  • Build friendships and use those friendships to support me during the days I couldn't motivate and support myself

Because I rediscovered the simple method I used to lose 60lbs in 2008, I was able to:


- Easily stick to a simple nutrition and exercise plan without feeling like all I do wis work, take care of my wife and kids, workout, and eat like a rabbit!


- Lose the excess weight, improve my health, and maintain it


- Stand confidently in front of the mirror, my clients and most importantly my family, and say, "I'm healthier" and I can help you be healthier too!


Now I'm living my dream of being the healthy example for my family, my clients, and most importantly myself, and I never have to worry about being an unhealthy phony ever again.
